Social Media Executive

Brill Creations is an international advertising agency known for driving growth, crafting digital arts, and curating engaging experiences. We’re seeking a talented Social Media Executive to boost our online presence, manage meta ads, engage with our audience, and enhance brand awareness.

As a Social Media Executive, your responsibilities will encompass:

• Crafting and executing dynamic social media campaigns tailored to our diverse audience.
• Generating compelling content across various platforms to amplify brand messaging and engagement.
• Utilizing meta ads management tools to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
• Monitoring social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to our industry and brand, and engaging with our audience in a timely manner.
• Building and maintaining a strong online community by fostering meaningful interactions, responding to comments and messages, and addressing client’s inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborating closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
• Analyzing and reporting on the performance of social media campaigns using relevant metrics and tools, and leveraging insights to optimize future strategies.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, and recommending innovative approaches to reach our target audience effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven track record in social media management, with demonstrated expertise in meta ads management.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and verbal) is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and emerging trends.
• Exceptional communication skills, coupled with a creative and strategic mindset.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
