Videographer & Photographer (Visual Storyteller)

The Role
- Visual Execution: Lead both video and photo shoots with a focus on narrative, balance, and advanced composition.
- Lighting Design: Shape and control light to create depth and mood, demonstrating a strong understanding of lighting physics in various environments.
- Dynamic Movement: Expertly handle gimbals, sliders, tripods, and handheld setups to ensure every movement serves the story.
- End-to-End Production: Manage the workflow from capture through to post-production, maintaining high standards for color and rhythm.
Requirements
- Education: Must have successfully completed and passed secondary education.
- Theory-Driven: Deep knowledge of composition rules, color theory, and visual storytelling fundamentals.
- Technical Mastery: High proficiency in handling professional camera systems for both cinematography and photography.
- Light & Color Control: A proven ability to manipulate natural and artificial light and a solid grasp of color science.
- Software Expertise: Professional proficiency in DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Communication: Fluent in English; able to articulate creative concepts clearly within a team.
